AMO Helix TestFlight Pilot Privacy Notice

01 Scope

This notice applies only to the private AMO Helix Pilot iOS app distributed through Apple TestFlight and connected to AMO Helix's synthetic-staging services. It does not describe a production service or authorize testing with real customer data.

02 Information the pilot may process

• Reviewer account information. Account identifiers such as email address and user ID, together with assigned organization, role, authentication, and session records.
• Device, diagnostic, and security records. App version and build information, request timing, authentication activity, errors, and security or audit events used to operate and protect the pilot.
• Synthetic work and history. Synthetic assignments, work details, statuses, notes, structured summaries, conversation history, and review records created or shown in the pilot.
• Optional inputs you choose to provide. Audio, photos, and resulting transcripts or structured fields are processed only when you deliberately use the related microphone, camera, photo, or Nexus capabilities and grant any requested device permission.

03 How we use information

We use pilot information to authenticate approved testers, present synthetic assignments, synchronize and preserve synthetic work history, provide features the tester chooses to use, evaluate pilot behavior, troubleshoot errors, protect accounts and services, and maintain reviewable operational records.

Information from this pilot is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. The pilot website notice does not add analytics, advertising cookies, or marketing trackers.

04 Audio, photos, and AI-assisted features

Microphone, camera, and photo access are optional. If you choose voice capture, audio and transcripts may be processed by service providers that support transcription and AI-assisted responses. If you choose a photo feature, the selected image may be uploaded with the synthetic work record. Live photo analysis is disabled for this TestFlight pilot configuration.

Do not speak, photograph, or upload real customer, production, regulated, or confidential information. You can decline device permissions and continue using features that do not require them.

05 Access and service providers

Pilot information is available within the assigned synthetic organization to the approved tester and authorized AMO Helix personnel who support the pilot. AMO Helix also uses service providers for private beta distribution, cloud hosting and storage, security, and optional transcription or AI processing when those features are deliberately used.

Apple processes information under its own terms when it distributes the app through TestFlight. Service providers receive information needed to perform their services; their involvement does not make them the authority for AMO Helix operational records.

06 Security and access boundaries

The pilot uses authenticated access, HTTPS connections, organization and role boundaries, and security or audit records. Access is limited to the synthetic pilot context and its supporting operations. No system can guarantee absolute security, so testers must keep sign-in credentials private and report suspected access issues promptly.

07 Retention, deletion, and access requests

We retain pilot information as needed to operate and evaluate the private beta, preserve its review history, troubleshoot issues, maintain security records, and support recovery. Retention can vary by record type and operational need. Limited security, audit, or recovery records may remain after a tester account is deactivated.

The pilot does not currently promise a self-service export or complete deletion workflow. To ask about access, correction, account deactivation, or deletion of pilot information, contact us. We will review the request against the pilot's current technical capabilities and any records that need to remain for security, review, or recovery.

08 Your choices

• Use only synthetic information and keep real customer or production information out of the pilot.
• Decline microphone, camera, or photo permissions if you do not want to use those optional features.
• Contact AMO Helix to ask a privacy question or request review of your pilot account information.
• Stop participating in the private beta and ask that your pilot account be deactivated.

09 Notice updates

If the pilot's scope or information handling changes, AMO Helix may update this notice and change the date shown above. A broader customer pilot or production offering requires a separate privacy and legal review.
